I had a really good stay at this hotel. The staff were super friendly and always willing to help. The location was convenient, with a small store nearby. The room was spacious and had a fabulous view of the harbor. And to top it off, breakfast was included!

Located within walking distance to shops and the city center, with a picturesque view of the harbour. Rooms are clean and well-maintained, with hot showers and comfortable beds. Reception staff are friendly and speak English. the lobby offers free tea and coffee throughout the day.

One disadvantage is the lack of amenities provided in the rooms, with guests needing to bring their own toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush and paste.

The hotel needs to improve its breakfast menu which only offers basic options such as toast, tea or coffee. the WiFi connection is not reliable and it works well only in certain areas.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the presence of hot water and good pressure in the shower, as well as the availability of tea and coffee in the lobby at all times. the hotel's location near a supermarket was also convenient, as we could easily purchase snacks and drinks. the staff members were friendly and spoke English, which made communication easier.

Great location close to the harbor and city center. Clean room with good facilities. Warm and welcoming staff. Enjoyed a light breakfast with tea and coffee.
